About Us
We are a young company selling quality wooden children's toys online from international and local manufacturers who are committed to an eco-responsible approach and involved in the development of children through playing.
We want to establish a store in Hanoi, Tay Ho and are looking for a store manager.
The store will be selling our products as well as other brands products with the same eco-friendly mindset.
Job Title Store Manager
Job Description
- Welcome customers in the store, take care of them and provide them advice.
- Maintain the shop in order and highlight the products.
- Record sales and track inventory.
- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
- Answer to customers on E-commerce platforms (Shopee, etc.), social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and Zalo – All are unified on a software system.
- When a customer purchases some products online, pack the order, and organize the delivery on time.
- Follow-up with customers for after-sales services. Record complaints.
- Participate in producing content for social networks (Take pictures, write texts).
- Participate in organizing and animate workshops with kids and parents.
- Assist in dealing with local manufacturers.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Knowledge of social networks like Facebook and Instagram.
- Have a sense of customer service and be proactive.
- Good written and oral expression.
- A specific interest in early childhood development and parenting in general would be an advantage.
Practical information and benefits
- Work based at the store (Located in Tay Ho)
- Part time or full time:
- Benefit: 50,000 vnd/h (Example: 5 afternoon / week = 6,000,000 vnd/month)
- 13th month included after one year of work.
- 12 paid days annual leave / year + the national holidays paid days as regulation.
- Year-end bonus based on the company’s whole year performance.
